Shipping & Delivery

The shipping cost is based on the value of your order after all promotions and discounts. All orders are normally shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are shipped Monday to Fridays, excluding federal holidays within the United States. We normally ship through UPS Ground. You may upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery. Delivery estimates are based on the day we process our order. So for example, if you place an order today, it will be shipped the next day and if you have chosen UPS Next day, it will be delivered 2 days after placing order. Kindly allow for this one day for processing when placing your order.

  • P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

    Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box or Military APO/FPO address, but some restrictions apply. Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses must be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority shipping. UPS Ground, 2nd Day and Next Day shipping are not available.

  • International Shipping

    We do ship to international locations although restrictions may apply on certain products.

    International Shipping (including Canada) = $14.99 + actual freight. For all international order shipping cost will depend upon weight and destination and will be calculated during final checkout. Delivery time will be 15 days or more.

    Please be advised that amazingayurveda is not responsible for taxes and/or duties or any brokerage and/or delivery fees applied to international shipments. Please contact your customs office to thoroughly inquire about import regulations before placing your order, as we will not be liable for packages refused or held for delivery. 

  • Tracking Your Shipment

    All packages sent via UPS, USPS, Fedex can be tracked. Tracking number and carrier will be emailed to you when your order is shipped. It takes approximately 48 hours from the time your order is placed for the tracking information to be available with the carrier. You can also find order tracking and history information by going to  My Account  and reviewing your "Order History"

Returns will be processed and credited to your account with 3-5 business days from the date we received your package. If your order was damaged during shipment, or if you received the incorrect item in your order, please do not open the items and contact us immediately.

  • Order Status

Check the status of your most recent orders by visiting our  Track My Order page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your orders placed through amazingayurveda. Please note: Immediately after you place an order, order information may not appear on www.amazingayurveda in your order history for up to 1 hour.

When you click on  Track My Order, you will be prompted to log in with your e-mail address and password used while placing your order. An order summary page will provide you with detailed information about your current order or past orders. After your order is shipped, your tracking number, if available, will be displayed. Depending on the shipping carrier, you can click on the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order. A shipping carrier may not have updated tracking information for up to 48 hours after the package ships.

  • E-mails about your order

After you place your order, you will receive e-mails that contain your order details.

Below are examples of e-mails you may receive:

>Shipment Confirmation. This e-mail confirms that your order has shipped. Email also includes Shipping information and Tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Return Confirmation. This e-mail confirms that your return has been received and processed. Product detail and refund information are also included

Cancellation and Change

  • Order Cancellation Policy

At any point if you feel you do not need the product, you may cancel it. An immediate full refund will be issued if the order has not been shipped. However, if the order has been shipped please send us back the products. We shall issue a refund when we receive the product

  • Changing Order

After you have clicked "Send My Order", your order begins to process. If you wish to make any changes in your order, simply send us email at with order number and change and we will assist you with your request.

  • Cancellations Due to Order Processing Difficulties

Under certain circumstances, orders or specific items from an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons.If your order is cancelled, you will receive an important notice regarding your order via e-mail which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.
